Teriyaki Pork and Vegetable Stir-fry Pasta

Stir-fry pork and vegetables quickly for the best texture and color. Use teriyaki sauce to add a sweet Asian flavor to the stir-fry. Then toss it with pasta to soak up all the juices.

Cook Time: 20 min
Serves 4

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces (1/2 package) Ronco Shells
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound lean pork, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2/3 cup bottled teriyaki sauce
Directions
  1. Cook and drain pasta according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Cook and stir pork until well done, remove and set aside. Add onion, red pepper and garlic and stir until onion is tender, about 4 minutes.
  3. Return pork to skillet. Add teriyaki sauce and heat through. Add pasta to pork mixture and stir until well mixed.
