Smoked Pepper Salmon Cream Pasta

Smoked peppered salmon adds lots of flavor to this simple creamy sauce.

Serves 4

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces Ronco Bowtie
  • 1-3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 6 ounces smoked and peppered salmon filet, skinned, diced
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup minced scallions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chardonnay wine or vodka
Directions
    1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
    2. Heat cream in large skillet over medium-high heat. When cream begins to thicken, add salmon, butter, scallions, salt and pepper. Lightly stir until sauce has cooked to a medium-thin consistency. Add Parmesan cheese, Chardonnay or vodka and pasta.
    3. Mix together well and serve.
