Build-Your-Own Lasagna Stacks

No time to make a family dinner? No problem. Here's an easy, no-bake lasagna solution that will have your family crowded around the table!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Ronco Lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 pkg pepperoni slices, cut slices in half
  • 1 jar sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare Ronco Lasagna noodles according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Cut noodles into squares and toss in one tablespoon of vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
  2. In a small serving bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and cottage cheese and season with salt and pepper. In a separate small bowl, mix cooked ground beef with pepperoni slices. Place about one cup of warmed spaghetti sauce in small serving bowl. Place mozzarella cheese, olives and mushrooms in separate serving bowls.
  3. Set up all serving bowls with ingredients and lasagna noodles in buffet style.
  4. Let individuals build their own lasagna stacks by layering ingredients with noodles, customized to their taste. Stacks can be served at room temperature or microwaved for about 45 seconds, if desired to be served warm. Store leftover lasagna noodles in an airtight container in the refrigerator to prevent drying and hardening.
