Friday Night Fettuccine

Ronco Fettuccine

At the end of the week, leftovers can pile up. Use leftover chicken and ham in this family favorite.

Serves 4

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces Ronco Fettuccine
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 pound cooked ham, cut into strips
  • 1 cup cooked chicken or turkey, cut into strips
  • 1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 pint (1 cup) half and half
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Melt butter and cook and stir ham, chicken and mushrooms. Blend in half and half with egg yolks. Pour over ham mixture; bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
  3. Add cooked pasta, grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Stir
