Fettuccine with Sausage Mushroom Tomato Cream Sauce
Simply boil your favorite long pasta—like Ronco Fettuccine, Spaghetti or Linguine—and warm up the sauce, toss together and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces Ronco Fettuccine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 pound Italian sausage, cooked, sliced (optional)
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 3/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add garlic, sausage, mushrooms and wine. Reduce sauce by half. Add 1/2 of basil; cook until mushrooms are tender. Add spaghetti sauce and cream; bring to a simmer and add the cooked pasta. Toss together well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with remaining basil and grated Parmesan.
