Fettuccine Alfredo Classico

Ronco Fettuccine

Serves 6

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces Ronco Fettuccine
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Freshly ground black pepper

 

Directions
    1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
    2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add cream and bring to a boil. Cook until reduced to about 1-1/2 cups, 4 to 5 minutes, be careful not to let it boil over. Stir in half the Parmesan cheese and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
    3. Pour pasta into pan with sauce and toss together. Serve with remaining Parmesan and pepper.
