Broccoli Cheddar Penne

Kitchen staples like frozen broccoli, bouillon cubes and cheddar cheese make cooking dinner easy and fast.

Serves 4

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces Ronco Penne
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (10 ounces) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 chicken or vegetable flavored bouillon cubes
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
    1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
    2. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and garlic powder; stirring frequently, cook 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon cubes to the broccoli. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve bouillon cubes; simmer 2 minute or until broccoli is tender.
    3. Season with basil, salt and pepper, stir in Cheddar cheese and penne.
