BBQ Pasta Salad

This recipe is a fast and flavorful way to utilize leftover BBQ or deli meats.

Serves 4

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces Ronco Rotini
  • 1 cup yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup green bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup red bell peppers, diced
  • 12 ounces BBQ beef, ham or chicken, diced
  • 2 1/2 cups ranch dressing
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. When pasta is “al dente,” drain in colander and rinse pasta with cold water until cool to the touch. Drain well.
  2. Transfer pasta to a large mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and toss well.
  3. Chill before serving.
