Asparagus, Garlic and Cheese Pasta
Springtime brings asparagus to the kitchen!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces of Ronco Thin Spaghetti
- 1 pound thin asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 2-inch lengths
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic in oil
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan and/or Romano cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. About 1 minute before your pasta is finished cooking, add the asparagus to the water.
- Gently drain asparagus with pasta. Combine asparagus, pasta, garlic and cheese in a large serving bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
